Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 5 business days via email.
No claims will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date.

1/ Report all damages or missing items within 5 business days.
2/ In order to return an item, a written request must first be made via email, if item is damaged please be sure to attach a photo. Our email: info@thelizoucollection.com
3/Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase date.

Please note: Any return that has not been authorized by LIZOU or package with a “delivery amount due” will be refused and returned to the sender.

Credits will apply to your account within 30 days of received product.
All “sale” items are FINAL: no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
