We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours from our office in the beautiful town of Incline Village, NV on the shores of Lake Tahoe.
LIZOU ships internationally.
We are happy to accommodate rushed orders for fastest delivery, however please call us and let us know if you might need us to ship any particular way.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
LIZOU wants to be sure all customers are happy with their purchases.
If our item is not up to your expectations simply email us at email@example.com within 30 days of the original purchase date to return the item and receive a full refund (shipping charges will not be refunded).
Items must be in new, unworn and unused condition, they must be returned in their original packaging.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or our sample sale collection (one of a kind pieces).
If you received any damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 7 days of receipt, after this time, LIZOU is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry.
LIZOU will issue a product credit or replacement for the damaged items only, we do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items.
We will not replace or refund any items for any reason after 60 days from the original date of purchase.
All "sample sale", "sale" and "custom" items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refund.
